???? Academic Leadership

  • ???? Lead strategic planning, curriculum innovation, and pedagogical excellence.
  • ???? Align programs with NAAC / NBA / AACSB standards and global best practices.
  • ???? Foster interdisciplinary learning and international collaborations.

????‍???? Faculty & Research Development

  • ???? Recruit, mentor, and inspire faculty toward teaching and research excellence.
  • ???? Strengthen research output through projects, publications, and conferences.
  • ???? Organize Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

???? Administrative Management

  • ???? Oversee budgeting, staffing, and academic operations of the School.
  • ???? Ensure compliance with institutional and statutory requirements.
  • ???? Represent the School in university-level committees and councils.

???? Industry & External Relations

  • ???? Build strong alliances with corporates, professional bodies, and global institutions.
  • ???? Drive placement initiatives, internships, and executive education programs.
  • ???? Promote entrepreneurship, consultancy, and innovation-driven initiatives.

  • ???? Foster student growth, leadership, and ethical values.

???? Qualifications & Experience

  • ???? Ph.D. in Management or allied discipline from a reputed university.
  • ???? Minimum 15 years of academic experience with 5+ years in a leadership role (Dean/Director/HOD).
  • ???? Strong research record with publications and academic achievements.
  • ???? Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and build academic-industry bridges.
