• MBA or equivalent qualification

15 peer-reviewed publications

• Experience in PhD/DBA supervision and funded research

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership & Strategy

• Lead strategic planning and academic innovation

• Ensure curriculum alignment with NEP 2020 and AICTE/UGC norms

• Promote outcome-based education and experiential learning

• Drive accreditation (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AACSB) and quality assurance

Faculty Leadership & Research

• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty

• Promote research excellence, funded projects, and publications

• Oversee doctoral programs and research centers

Industry Engagement & Placements

• Build strong industry partnerships and advisory boards

• Strengthen placements, internships, executive education, and consultancy

• Promote applied research and entrepreneurship initiatives

Student Development & Outcomes

• Enhance student learning experience, mentoring, and career outcomes

• Support student clubs, competitions, international exposure, and startups

Institutional Development & Governance

• Manage budgets, resources, and administrative operations

• Strengthen rankings, branding, and international collaborations

• Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical governance, and DEI practices
