Dealer Development Specialist

As the Dealer Network Head in the furniture industry, you will be responsible for leading the development, expansion, and management of the company's dealer network. Your role will involve building relationships with existing dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the effective distribution, marketing, and sale of the company's products in target markets. You will also be tasked with overseeing dealer performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, and meeting sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include expanding the dealer network by identifying and onboarding new partners, evaluating dealer performance, and maintaining strong relationships with key dealers. Additionally, you will be involved in developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing sales targets to drive revenue growth. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with an MBA being a plus. You should have 10-15 years of experience in sales and dealer network management, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry. Strong leadership, relationship management, strategic thinking, and sales negotiation skills are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with sales forecasting tools will be beneficial.
