Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Development Specialist located in Delhi. The Dealer Development Specialist will be responsible for scouting, appointment, onboarding, managing dealer relationships, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring dealer profitability. Daily tasks include engaging in above mentioned activities, providing dealer support, and facilitating training sessions to enhance dealership performance and growth.

• Excellent Communication and Convincing skills
• Experience in Dealer Management and support
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
