Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and hiring onroll employees for the locations for which the person will be responsible
  • Coordinate with Vendors to ensure hiring of contract employees/ ensuring compliance is in place
  • Manage Employee Cost as per budget and Manning as per productivity.
  • Managing the Bulk Onboarding and Bulk Offboarding ( contract closures for FTCs) without any IR issues
  • Digital Adoption Ensuring smooth adoption of all HR systems as per company process Manage performance and quality of manning to optimize productivity

Knowledge / Education

  • Qualification- Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling warehouse/FC/DC HR ops along with regional language expertise
  • Knowledge about labor laws is a must
  • Experience of managing Industrial Relations desirable
  • Basic Knowledge in Analytics
  • Preferably from Retail, E- Commerce, Logistics, FMCG or QSR background
