Role & responsibilities Manage and support dealer team to maximize sales Regular customer visits to understand the market knowledge , customer needs and product performance of ours and competition Effective sales promotion activities like roadshows, customer meets, finance engagement, campaigns and product launches Build and maintain strong relation with our exisitng customers, key customers and our dealership sales team Prepare MIS reports of his territory Coordiate with service and parts team to ensure customer satisfaction Trail and motivate dealer sales team to improve sales and product knowledge Preferred candidate profile Communication skills, Integrity, Result Orientation, Team work, Adaptability and customer focus 4-5 years proven experience in construction equipment sales especailly in hydraulic excavators and wheel loaders Team handling and mentoring sales force
