Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dayforce Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Dayforce Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, configuring the Dayforce HCM platform, and troubleshooting any system issues. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance and training to clients, collaborating with teams to implement system enhancements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of HR and payroll solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in ERP systems, particularly Dayforce HCM, and experience with system configuration
• Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering, configurations and implementations.
• Skills in testing and quality assurance (QA)
• Experience or understanding of system integration and project management processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior consulting or relevant work experience in HRIS/Payroll systems is a plus
