Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Dayforce Consultant to implement, configure, and support Dayforce HCM modules including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Dayforce modules based on client requirements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical/functional specifications.

Manage integrations with third-party systems and ensure accurate data processing.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide end-user training.

Support upgrades, releases, and continuous system improvements.

Required Skills:

5 years of Dayforce HCM experience with Payroll, Benefits, WFM, or HR modules.

Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes.

Experience with Dayforce integrations (APIs, XML, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
