Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dayforce Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Dayforce Consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Dayforce HCM solutions. Daily tasks will include analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, conducting testing, and offering support for system enhancements. The consultant will ensure optimal system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3+ years in ERP systems and expertise in Dayforce HCM configuration and implementation
• Proficiency in system analysis, troubleshooting, and providing technical support
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and workforce management workflows
• Skills in software testing, quality assurance (QA), and ensuring system reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in IT consulting or similar roles is preferred
