Job Description

SUMMARY

Job Role: Outbound Support Associate Day Shift (Kolkata)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls (100-150 Per day) to candidates in a professional and efficient manner.
Share accurate, clear, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources.
Understand candidate queries, provide timely resolutions, or escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
Maintain and update detailed records of all interactions in Excel.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain high quality and productivity standards.

Location: (New Alipore, Kolkata) Work From Office

Note - Only Kolkata candidates are eligible.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field
Min 06 months to 1 year experience in BPO or Tele calling or Tele sales Industry.
Must have laptop or desktop with 8 GB RAM
Must have stable wifi/ network connection

Benefits

Salary : Upto Rs. 14000 take home

Day shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)

6 days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday off)
