About the Role

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Mentor and lead a team of data scientists in a collaborative environment.
Advanced Analytics:
Design and implement statistical models and ML algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Data Strategy:
Define and execute data strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver insights.
Data Preparation:
Clean, preprocess, and validate datasets for analysis.
Model Deployment:
Deploy scalable ML solutions in production environments.
Innovation & Research:
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and apply them to improve solutions.
Compliance:
Ensure ethical and legal data usage.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in data science or a similar role.
Expertise in
machine learning, statistics, and data mining
.
Strong proficiency in
Python
and libraries such as pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Hands-on experience with
Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, and Git (MLOps)
.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with
Docker
and
Agile methodologies
.
Exposure to
LLM-based data products
.
Skilled in deploying models using
Azure services and APIs
.
