Role: Data Scientist

Location :

As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in our data-driven decision-making

process. You’ll be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive

models, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. If you’re passionate

about leveraging data to solve real-world problems, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

1. Advanced Analytics and Modeling:

o Develop and implement statistical and machine learning algorithms

including regression, classification, recommendation, natural language

processing and computer vision models.

o Work with technical and product leads to assist in developing custom deep

learning models using architectures like RNNs, CNNs, transformers.

o Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights through descriptive

statistics, interactive charts using Plotly, High Charts.

o Strong command in Python programming, functional design.

o Develop and host APIs on GCP / Azure for models produced and evaluate

and track performance over time. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines will be

preferred.

o Extract and integrate data from multiple relational and NoSQL data

sources.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business

requirements. Familiarity with media planning and buying references and

metrics will be preferred.

o Collaborate with and guide junior data scientists.

2. Project Support:

o Lead and deliver on given tasks in end-to-end data science projects, from

problem formulation to model deployment.

o Manage project timelines, and deliverables.

o Collaborate with technical teams, and business analysts to build data

initiatives.

Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s, or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, AI,

Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related).

 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data science, machine learning, or related

roles.

 Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Python, or similar programming languages and efficient API

development.

o Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques (regression,

classification, recommenders, clustering, DNN, NLP, CV).

o Experience with big data and AI tools (Spark, Airflow, Vertex AI, Azure AI

Foundry) and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
