Job Description

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze
large, structured and unstructured datasets
.
Build and deploy
machine learning models, predictive algorithms, and statistical analyses
to solve business problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to
identify opportunities
where data science can create measurable impact.
Communicate complex findings through
visualizations, dashboards, and data storytelling
.
Design and run
experiments (A/B tests, hypothesis testing)
to validate solutions.
Ensure
data integrity, governance, and reproducibility
across workflows.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in
AI, ML, and data science techniques
.
Contribute to
automation, model monitoring, and scaling of ML solutions
into production.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
.
3–7 years of experience
in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
Strong proficiency in
Python or R
, with hands-on experience in libraries/frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Expertise in
SQL
and working with relational as well as NoSQL databases.
Experience with
data visualization tools
(Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Solid understanding of
statistics, probability, and experimental design
.
Exposure to
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
and ML Ops practices is a plus.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into
strategic recommendations
.
