Role Overview

Senior Data Scientist

• Designing AI/ML models for wellness analytics and predictions
• Developing data strategies for hospitals, gyms, and B2C health profiles
• Translating product vision into smart, personalized data features

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models for:
• Health score prediction
• Personalized wellness insights
• User behavior and risk analysis
• Design scalable data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines
• Integrate multi-source data from hospitals, fitness trackers, and user dashboards
• Define metrics and build dashboards/visualizations for team insights
• Work closely with the product and engineering team on MVP development and iteration
• Ensure data privacy, anonymization, and compliance with healthcare standards
  

Tech & Tools

• Languages: Python, SQL
• Libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Tools: Jupyter, Power BI or Streamlit, Git
• Data: Firebase, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, CSV/JSON APIs
• Cloud: AWS / GCP / Firebase (basic deployment knowledge)

• 5+ years in data science, with proven work in product or startup environments
• Strong grasp of predictive analytics, personalized modeling, and data storytelling
