Job Title : Data Research Analyst (Contact Discovery & Quality Assurance) Location : Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting in-depth research and tele-outreach to identify, validate, and maintain accurate contact information for key decision-makers across various industries. Additionally, the role includes detailed profiling (business & IT ecosystem) of companies/organizations. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and a keen eye for precision to ensure high-quality data collection and management. Key Responsibilities :  Conduct extensive online research to identify and verify contact details through research and tele outreach (e.g., emails, phone numbers, job titles, company info).  Perform detailed profiling (business & IT ecosystem) of companies/organizations through tele-outreach.  Utilize various sources, including company websites, LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools to collect and validate data.  Maintain, update, and cleanse the database to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevancy.  Perform quality checks to eliminate outdated or incorrect information.  Collaborate with teams such as sales, marketing, and business development to provide accurate, actionable contact intelligence.  Work with automation tools and AI-based platforms to streamline the research process. Skills Required:  Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify relevant information.  Proficiency in data enrichment tools.  Experience with data validation techniques and data cleaning methodologies.  High attention to detail and accuracy in data maintenance.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Familiarity with AI-based data enrichment tools and automation processes is advantageous.
