About The Role As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems and processes within JCI. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and correct data discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Conduct data quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with data governance standards. Identify data quality issues and develop strategies for remediation. Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms. Monitor and maintain data quality processes to ensure ongoing data integrity. Assist in the development and implementation of data quality tools and solutions. Provide training and support to teams on data quality best practices. Document data quality procedures and processes for continuous improvement. Support data cleansing initiatives and improve data collection methods. Required Qualifications What We Look For: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology).
