Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality [Analyst/Engineer/Manager/Executive] to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in data governance, implementing quality checks, identifying gaps, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor data quality standards, rules, and metrics.

Perform regular data audits, validations, and profiling to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and anomalies.

Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Operations, BI/Analytics) to define data governance processes.

Create and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards on data quality trends and KPIs.

Collaborate with data engineers to design automated data quality checks in pipelines.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

For managerial roles: Lead a team of data quality professionals, define strategy, allocate resources, and ensure delivery of data governance initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of data management principles, governance, and quality frameworks.

Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for data validation and analysis.

Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehouses, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Experience with data quality tools (Informatica DQ, Talend, Collibra, Alteryx, Trifacta, etc.) preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

For manager roles: Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
