Job Description

Position Title- Data Operator Experience- Fresher- 6 months Work Mode-On-site Skills- Excellent Communication skills Location- Jalandhar (Nakodar Chownk) Qualification-Graduation Key Responsibilities: Input and maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory data in company databases and CRM systems. Generate and analyse sales reports for internal use. Ensure data consistency and perform regular audits to detect and correct errors. Organize digital records and documentation related to sales transactions. Support the integration of data across departments to streamline operations. Sales Support & Customer Engagement:Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management. Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat. Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation. Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
