We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Assistant to support our ERP rollout projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, process-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise systems. Pls Note: Immediate Joiners Only Key Responsibilities : Perform data entry, data cleansing, validation, and master data creation (items, vendors, customers, chart of accounts, etc.) Assist in ERP implementation activities across multiple modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance, HR, and Production. Provide technical and functional support during and after implementation. Assist in user training through one-on-one sessions, group training, and preparation of training manuals or help guides. Participate in testing and troubleshooting during ERP configuration and go-live. Key Skills Required : Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) or willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning). Basic understanding of business processes like purchase, sales, stock, accounts, HR, etc. Ability to learn quickly , work independently, and handle multiple tasks. Technical aptitude to work with software systems and troubleshoot issues. Qualifications : Graduate in Commerce / Computer Applications / IT / Business Administration or related field. As a Data Operator for ERP Implementation Support, you will be responsible for supporting ERP projects by performing data entry, data cleansing, master data creation, ERP configuration, and assisting in end-user training. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 2-3 years of experience looking to advance their career in ERP systems and enterprise data management. Your primary responsibilities will include accurate data entry and data cleaning for ERP systems, creating and structuring master data (such as materials, customers, vendors), supporting basic ERP configuration activities, testing and validating ERP functionalities, conducting user support and training sessions during ERP roll-out, coordinating with internal teams and client teams for data preparation and system updates, and maintaining documentation and reports of completed tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree in any discipline (B.Com, BCA, B.Sc., BBA, etc. preferred) and have experience ranging from fresher to 2-3 years in data entry, ERP support, or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations is required, along with a good understanding of data accuracy, formatting, and structure. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc. will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a positive learning attitude are essential for this role.
