Data Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Executive to maintain, analyze, and update our data efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced Excel and capable of extracting actionable insights from data to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuously update and monitor data on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Extract, manipulate, and present data using advanced Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
• Experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to present data insights effectively.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Prior experience in data management or analytics roles.
• Maintaing data efficiently
• Should know advance excel
• Should know how to analsye and extract data
• Continuous updation of data on daily basis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,459.79 - ₹25,345.40 per month
