Data Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage
Data Governance policies
and standards across business units.
Drive
MDM (Master Data Management)
initiatives to ensure consistency and accuracy of critical data.
Monitor and improve
Data Quality
through validation, profiling, and cleansing processes.
Establish and maintain
Data Lineage
to track data flow and transformations across systems.
Manage
Metadata
effectively to support data discovery and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational compliance for data handling.

Good to Have

Experience with
data governance tools
and frameworks.
Knowledge of
data warehousing, BI tools
, and
ETL processes
.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
