Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update stock and inventory records in Excel and/or ERP systems
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock levels, movements, and
discrepancies
· Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, or excess
· Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock reporting
· Create dashboards and automate reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP,
Pivot Tables, etc.)
· Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation
· Support management with ad-hoc data and reporting needs
Key Skills Required:
· Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional
Formatting, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management processes
· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Familiarity with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.) is a plus
Qualifications:
· Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in MIS or stock/inventory management
