Job Summary

Data Entry Specialist (IC-3)

Responsibilities

• Execute structured

  data entry workflows

  in CRMs, spreadsheets, CMS platforms, or client systems
• Ensure

  accuracy and consistency

  in records (names, numbers, codes, URLs, metadata, etc.)
• Perform

  basic QA checks

  (spot-check data, validate against source docs, confirm formatting)
• Follow

  SOPs, checklists, and templates

  to ensure repeatable processes
• Document minor issues and escalate blockers to the Data Entry Lead (IC-6)
• Suggest improvements to

  workflows and checklists

  for efficiency
• Support

  bulk entry or migration projects

  (e.g., content moves, database updates, client onboarding)
• Track work progress in

  ClickUp, Sheets, or project dashboards

Must-Have

• 2–3 years of experience in

  data entry, data operations, or content handling

• Strong

  attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain

  consistent throughput

• Proficiency with

  Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and CMS tools

• Good written communication skills for documenting errors and escalations

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with

  bulk import/export tools

  (CSV uploads, WP All Import, etc.)
• Familiarity with

  QA processes

  for data validation
• Exposure to

  AI-assisted data entry tools

  or macros
• Ability to handle

  specialized client systems

  (ERP, finance, healthcare)
