Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Clerk at our retail company located in Kanjirappally, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Inputting product data, selling price, tax rates, etc. and making necessary changes - Printing barcodes, verifying details, and attaching them to hundreds of products daily - Verifying stock by scanning barcodes and updating information on a mobile device - Creating and analyzing spreadsheets containing large amounts of stock data - Providing administrative support to the management team through MIS reports on stocks - Typing in data quickly and efficiently without errors as per supervisor's instructions - Entering Purchase Bills and HSN Codes accurately into computer software and accounts For this role, we require candidates to have: - Diploma/Degree in any field - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Experience with MS Office and Excel is a necessity - Good general computer skills including printer setup and barcode scanning - Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines - Quick learning ability for in-house software applications related to stock keeping The company is a retail establishment situated in Kanjirappally, Kerala. We offer full-time, permanent positions with a day shift schedule and yearly bonus. Candidates should be willing to commute/relocate to Kanjirapalli, Kerala. The preferred educational qualification is a Diploma, and candidates with 1 year of data entry experience are preferred. Proficiency in English is preferred, and fluency in Malayalam is required for this in-person role.,
