Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: Data Entry – Data Verification (3-Month Project) About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Data Verification team for a 3-month project. This role combines data validation with customer interaction, ensuring both accuracy of records and timely completion of document updates. What You’ll Do: Validate and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness. Review and verify customer documents as per process guidelines. Identify and highlight any errors, mismatches, or missing information. Make outbound calls to customers to guide them in updating documents through the app. Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance protocols. Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are met. Who Can Apply: Minimum Graduation (Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred). Freshers are welcome; prior experience in financial data entry or customer service is an advantage. Skills We Value: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. Clear communication skills (both verbal and written). Confidence in making customer calls and explaining processes.
