Location: Mandaveli, Chennai – 28

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our US client. The role requires excellent English communication, efficient typing speed, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Access. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate experience and the ability to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in handling data.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and update data in Excel and Access databases.
• Transfer and organize information between Excel and Access programs.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of records.
• Assist with document filing, tracking, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate an communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Literature, or Business preferred.
• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate accepted.

Technical Skills:

• Typing speed of 50 WPM.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with corporate reporting and data handling.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a corporate setting.

Soft Skills

• Excellent English oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn.

Other Requirements

• Must be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Age limit: Up to 30 years.
