Full-Stack Developer (Part-Time In-Person Chennai)

Work Schedule: (No remote work)

- In-Person: Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- In-Person: Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking two skilled full-stack developers to join our team in Chennai, India on a part-time basis. You will primarily be responsible for developing web applications with AI integration, ensuring high performance and user-friendly experiences. As part of your growth, you will also receive training and hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies (Python, RAG, Chatbots), enabling you to contribute to our AI-powered product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain full-stack web applications.

- Work with APIs (REST/GraphQL) to create tailored AI assistants.

- Build scalable services with databases (SQL +NoSQL).

- Maintain model performance and ensure compliance of AI features.

- Stay up to date with the latest AI development trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- Proven experience in developing and deploying full-stack applications (5 years).

- Experience with SQL or other database systems.

- Hands-on experience with Git for version control.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of the AI development process.

- Experience with Python for backend services and AI integration.

- Proficient in JavaScript, React.js, and/or Node.js.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
