Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining accurate data records, preparing reports related to inventory, dispatches, inward/outward movement, and assisting the operations team with actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update sales orders, invoices, stock data, and other relevant information into internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records of modern trade customer details, including store locations, contact information, and pricing structures.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and promotions.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities by updating related data and tracking performance.
• Ensure all data is handled in a confidential and secure manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in MIS/Data Management, preferably in warehouse/logistics.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros).
• Strong understanding of warehousing processes and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse-based setup and coordinating with on-ground teams.
