Job Summary

The Data Entry Lead - Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing and performing critical data entry tasks related to production, inventory, quality control, and logistics within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Integrity

Leadership & Supervision

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Data Entry Specialists/Clerks, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
Schedule and assign data entry tasks, prioritizing workload to meet critical production and reporting deadlines.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Contribute to the development and implementation of more efficient and accurate data collection and entry processes.
Generate routine and ad-hoc reports (e.g., production volume, inventory levels, scrap rates) for management analysis.
