Job Description

Job Purpose:

Perform
filling, sealing, autoclaving, and compounding
operations for injectable products.
Handle
vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges
as per production requirements.
Ensure
line clearance, area cleaning, and equipment sanitization
before and after batch operations.
Operate equipment like
filling machines, lyophilizers, autoclaves, and sterilizers
.
Record all production activities in
batch manufacturing records (BMR)
and logbooks.
Follow
good manufacturing practices (GMP), good documentation practices (GDP), and safety procedures
.
Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the production supervisor or executive.
Support in
changeover and preventive maintenance
of equipment.
Maintain
cleanroom discipline
and proper gowning procedures.
