Risk and Compliance Management -: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of all relevant state and federal debt collection laws and regulations, Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure all collection activities are compliant, ethical, and in line with company policy. Conduct regular audits of collection accounts and practices to identify areas of risk and ensure accuracy. Data Analysis and Reporting -: Analyze collections data to identify trends, forecast potential losses, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Utilize and maintain collections software, CRM systems, and financial reporting tools to track performance and manage accounts effectively. Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance and strategic initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders. Customer Engagement -: Ensure collection communications remain professional, empathetic, and compliant with brand standards. Handle escalated collections issues and negotiate payment agreements or settlements for complex cases. Work to maintain positive customer relationships where possible, balancing debt recovery with customer retention. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile-: Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. Experience: Proven experience of 10 yrs and above in a Senior leadership role of collection, credit risk management or leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and collection targets.
