Prepare
detailed 2D drawings and 3D models
for aluminum formwork systems using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Revit.
Interpret
architectural and structural drawings
to develop formwork layout plans and component details.
Work closely with
design engineers and project teams
to ensure design accuracy and practical feasibility.
Generate
shop drawings, material take-offs, and bill of materials (BOMs)
for fabrication and assembly.
Ensure drawings meet
company standards, tolerances, and quality requirements.
Assist in
design modifications, R&D activities
, and standardization of formwork components.
Maintain organized
drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
Coordinate with the
production and site teams
for any design-related clarifications or changes.
Support the continuous improvement of design templates and drafting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Tech
or
Diploma B.Tech
in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5 - 7

years
of drafting experience in
aluminum formwork / shuttering / construction / fabrication industry.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(2D essential; 3D preferred). Knowledge of
SolidWorks, Revit, or Tekla
is an advantage.
Good understanding of
formwork components, assembly principles, and construction drawings.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of
manufacturing and erection processes
for aluminum formwork.
26 years of scaffolding or construction design experience
Understanding of
construction site coordination
and sequencing.
