Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies, with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team within the scaffolding and construction industry. This role demands a data-driven mindset and expertise across various digital channels to target B2B customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities -:

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the scaffolding industry, aligning with business goals.
  • SEO & SEM:

    Plan and manage SEO and SEM campaigns, including keyword research and optimization, to improve organic search rankings and generate traffic from relevant search queries.
  • Content Marketing:

    Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, informative B2B content, including website updates, blog posts, case studies, and industry-specific articles.
  • Social Media Marketing:

    Manage and optimize the company's social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, but potentially Facebook and others), engaging the target audience and building a professional network.
  • Email Marketing:

    Design and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and engage with current customers and distributors.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics (ROI and KPIs), analyze data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales and business. development teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and to optimize the user funnel and lead handoff process
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay current with industry trends and inform campaign strategies.

Qualifications & Skills -:

  • Experience:

    Proven working experience (typically 2 to 3 yrs) in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B, construction, or related industrial sector.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, email platforms, social media advertising, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    An understanding of the scaffolding industry, including target audiences.
