Data Entry Executive

Job Title: Data Entry Executive for a Food manufacturing co at Vanagaram,Chennai Location: Vanagaram, Chennai (Warehouse) Industry: Food Manufacturing Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to manage and update warehouse records for a leading food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate entry of stock, dispatch, receipt, and inventory data while coordinating closely with the warehouse and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Entry Enter daily inward and outward stock data accurately into ERP/software. Maintain updated records of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials. Ensure timely entry of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock transfers, and dispatch details. Update daily production reports (DPR) and warehouse stock registers. Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with storekeepers, supervisors, and logistics team for accurate data flow. Verify physical stock with system entries and assist in periodic stock audits. Maintain documentation for receipts, dispatches, and returns. Flag discrepancies and follow up for corrections. Reporting Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Prepare MIS reports related to warehouse inventory and movement. Share required documents with the accounts and production teams. Compliance & Documentation Ensure records are maintained as per FSSAI and internal quality/compliance requirements. Proper filing of invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, and stock statements. Requirements: Education & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data entry or warehouse documentation (preferably in FMCG/Food industry). Skills Strong typing speed with accuracy. Good knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Zoho or any WMS). Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data. Good communication and coordination skills. Additional Information Shift timings: Day shift. Salary: Maximum gross up to 22 K PM .
