Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operator / Data Entry Executive with good communication skills to manage, update, and maintain patient and clinic-related data with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient records, treatment details, and daily reports in the system.
Maintain accuracy and completeness in all data entries.
Coordinate with staff, doctors, and front desk for data-related requirements.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage digital files, documents, and logs.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.
Assist in basic administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12th / Graduate in any discipline.
Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Prior experience in data entry preferred (not mandatory).

Work Schedule:

9 hours shift
6 days working.
