Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with MIS working experience for our manufacturing firm. The role requires accurate data entry, maintaining production and inventory records, and preparing MIS reports to support operations, production planning, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities : Enter and update daily production, inventory, purchase, and dispatch data into ERP/software/spreadsheets.

• Maintain accurate records of raw material consumption, finished goods, and wastage.
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to production, sales, inventory, and manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with production, store, purchase, and sales departments to collect and consolidate data.
• Generate reports on machine downtime, efficiency, and productivity for management review.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate MIS reports to management.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by providing necessary data and reports.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure proper filing/documentation.

Requirements & Skills : Graduate in Commerce/Business/Computer Applications or relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry and MIS reporting (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
