Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  design, development, and deployment

  of internal

  Self-Service platforms

  for data and infrastructure provisioning.
• Drive architectural decisions for microservices using

  Python (FastAPI/Flask)

  and

  Azure Cloud Services

  .
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers; collaborate with global stakeholders including Product Owners and Application Teams.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to build scalable

  data migration and replication solutions

  using tools like

  Fivetran HVR

  ,

  Databricks

  , and

  PostgreSQL

  .
• Champion

  observability solutions

  using

  Prometheus

  ,

  Grafana

  , and help migrate from legacy APMs.
• Develop and maintain robust

  CI/CD pipelines

  using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
• Guide and enforce best practices in

  Agile/Scrum (SAFe)

  development methodology.
• Collaborate with security, operations, and business teams for

  GTM product rollouts

  .

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years

  of total experience in software engineering with at least

  3+ years in a leadership role

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  and frameworks such as

  FastAPI

  and

  Flask

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server

  ,

  ARM Templates

  , and

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Proven experience with

  Microservices

  ,

  Kubernetes

  ,

  Docker

  , and

  Helm

  .
• Sound experience in observability using

  Prometheus

  ,

  Grafana

  , and alerting stacks.
• Knowledge in

  Databricks

  ,

  job orchestration

  , and integration with varied data sources.
• Familiarity with

  Fivetran HVR

  for data replication and refresh processes.
• Hands-on with

  CI/CD tools (Jenkins)

  and source control tools like

  Git/SVN

  .
• Certified in

  Kubernetes Cloud Native Associate (KCNA)

  or similar – a plus.
• Strong communication, team-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in Kubernetes/Cloud tools
• Experience working with global financial clients or enterprise-scale environments
• Whitepaper submissions, patents, or open-source contributions are a plus
