Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer who can seamlessly balance hands-on engineering with customer-facing responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex data integration challenges, collaborating across teams, and driving data solutions from design to production with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based data solutions to address customer data integration challenges.
• Build platform features that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of deliverables.
• Collaborate with project management and sales teams to solve clients’ business and technical problems.
• Perform data appends, extracts, and analysis to deliver curated datasets to clients.
• Gain expertise across diverse data landscapes including consumer, business, property, and digital data.
• Work on advanced projects such as entity detection, record linking, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Transform one-time solutions into production-ready, reusable code.
  

Role Requirements And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Python programming (strong Pandas expertise required).
• Hands-on experience with common data formats: CSV, JSON, Parquet, Avro, etc.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, structuring, and ETL pipelines.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST and SOAP), HTTP protocols, API security, and best practices.
• Solid SQL experience for querying and managing data.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Exposure to or interest in machine learning and data modeling.
