We are seeking an experienced IDAM & PAM Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level Identity and Privileged Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across IDAM/PAM platforms, strong consulting skills, and a strategic mindset to drive secure and scalable access governance frameworks across our clients’ IT environments. Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end implementations of Identity & Access Management (IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. · Architect and deliver scalable, secure IAM/PAM strategies for large enterprise environments. · Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies aligned with IAM/PAM goals (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity). · Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege models, and access certification processes. · Design and maintain policies, procedures, and controls related to identity lifecycle management, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. · Integrate IAM/PAM solutions with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM). · Conduct risk assessments and security audits related to access and identity practices. · Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM/PAM engineers and analysts. · Partner with security, compliance, audit, and IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA). · Develop documentation, including solution architecture, SOPs, runbooks, and user guides. Required Skills & Experience: · Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Security with 7+ years focused on IDAM/PAM solutions. · Proven experience with one or more PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Delinea. · Strong expertise in IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity. · Experience with cloud identity integration (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM).
