Designation_ Senior Consultant/ Consultant (8+yrs) / Senior Analyst (6+yrs)


Location – Pune / Bangalore


Experience – 6+yrs


Qualification – Graduate / PG ( IT or CS Stream)


Skill Set – Analytical programing Phyton, R, SQL, Dana mining, Data analytics, specific expertise in Customer Service Domain, Analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Mini tab


Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Identify and define Analytics offerings that can be taken to CS/SD clients
  • Present view‐points for his/her focus areas in leading industry forums
  • Understand specific market dynamics and customize the strategy for the service line
  • Liaise with clients and understand the business requirements and the functional goals thereby identify problem statements that could potentially support
  • Drive the transformational agenda to align with the goals
  • Identify opportunities by working with internal teams that addresses the agenda
  • Leverage and mobilize teams working with internal and client stakeholders as required
  • Take accountability for projects by ensuring right team is deployed and program managing the delivery of the projects
  • Identify/recruit consultants while mentor and manage their career development
  • Drive and lead specific white papers/point of view in order to improve the impact in market place
  • 40% ‐ Customer Experience Consulting : Familiar with CS Analytics driving transformation around customer experience by building innovative Analytical solution /model
  • 30% ‐ Strong CS Domain: This position will serve as the subject matter expert in core CS/SD Operations and understands and drives transformation in this domain. The candidate should bring in strong services industry experience and knowledge of “best practices”.
  • 15% ‐ Strong Project Management ‐ Good at coordination with multiple teams, pro‐active attitude, monitoring & tracking issues for completion, work independently, manage project plan and deliverables. This position requires interaction & coordination with teams in multiple locations. Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control & completion of projects and cross project coordination ‐ while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Engagement.
  • 15% ‐ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to interact with senior client stakeholders, guide peers, and interact with junior colleagues


What are we looking for

  • Has a Degree in Engineering and/or MBA with minimum defined grades and a minimum experience of 7 years with at least few years in a Customer service consulting environment
  • Industry specific expertise in Customer Service Domain, Analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Mini tab
  • Analytical programing Phyton, R, SQL, Dana mining, Data analytics


Knowledge in the areas of (not limited to):

Account Management, Project and Program Management, Technology appreciation, Problem Solving/Consulting frameworks, Process knowledge, Industry Domain expertise, Risk and Compliance, Offering Development, Project and Program Management at Global scale
