As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineering, and product teams, to analyze data trends, create actionable insights, and develop impactful reports and dashboards. Requirements Key Responsibilities Data Collection and Preparation: Gather, clean, and organize large and complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Data Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using advanced analytical tools and techniques. Business Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear and concise insights and recommendations that drive business strategy, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver insights, and provide data-driven recommendations. Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline data workflows using SQL, Python, or other relevant technologies. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data validation and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize errors in reporting and analysis. Key Skills And Qualifications Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Strong knowledge of Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for data storage and processing. Exposure to machine learning concepts and predictive analytics is a plus.
