Role Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance, etc.) to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in
SQL
— ability to write complex queries, join large tables, optimize performance.
Experience with
data visualization
tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Proficiency in
Excel
(advanced formulas, pivots) for analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with a programming language used for data analysis:
Python
(Pandas, NumPy) or
R
.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills — ability to explain data insights to business stakeholders.
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and commitment to data governance.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing.
Knowledge of ETL tools or data pipeline frameworks.
Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning (regression, clustering, etc.).
Exposure to version control (Git) and code collaboration.
Experience in a specific domain (finance, HR, operations, etc.) depending on business.
