Reporting Stack (www.reportingstack.com) is a pure data company & premier data analytics consulting firm specializing in data reporting, data engineering, business intelligence, and digital analytics. With a global footprint across the US, Europe, and India, we work with many clients across domains from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 companies like Apple, Microsoft, Google, Netflix, H&M, and BCG . We use a modern data stack to build custom data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions, including tools like dbt, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, and many more. We are a fully remote company for the next 2-3 years at least! We are hiring a Data Analyst/Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer who can start immediately. The candidate should be proficient in writing advanced SQL queries, conducting in-depth data analysis, and have some business domain knowledge. Degrees don't matter to us; eagerness to work does! Hence, don't want AI used letters. Candidate Requirements: Must be currently based in India. Able to join within a week. A US-based Indian will not be qualified. Comfortable working in a hybrid Indian and US time zone schedule. It's mandatory to be PRO in SQL and data modeling and familiar with at least one BI tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, and Domo, or anyone in and out. Knowledge of Statistics, KPIs is are added advantage. Should be able to clear 2–3 rounds of interviews. He/she should not be an aspirant in data science, machine learning, or AI. As we don't work on these projects. Core Responsibilities: Business Understanding across Domains is quite important to us. Data Collection and Cleaning: Source data from multiple platforms and ensure it is accurate, complete, and structured for analysis. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform complex SQL queries across databases and use statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights. Data Engineering: Understanding of Data Modelling, how data modelling works with recent tools like dbt labs, Qlik Compose. Data Visualization: Develop clear and informative dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Business Insight Generation: Translate business problems into data queries and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making. Reporting and Communication: Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
