Required qualifications & experience

Proven experience in data analysis or analytics roles, typically 48 years (or as appropriate for your organization).
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and cloud-native data warehouses (e.g., Azure Synapse).
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (examples: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode).
Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference methods.
Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and persuasively.

Preferred skills

Experience with scripting for data analysis and automation (Strong SQL).
Familiarity with experimentation platforms and interpreting A/B test results.
Knowledge of analytics engineering tools and practices ( version control, modular SQL).
Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and influencing product/strategy decisions.
