Data Analyst

About the Role: We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll dive into our data, uncover insights, and help translate numbers into meaningful decisions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure it's accurate and ready for analysis. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that help improve business performance. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to keep teams informed. Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions. Use statistical techniques and data models to solve real-world problems and support business strategies. Present findings in a clear and concise way—both visually and verbally—to stakeholders at all levels. Help improve data processes and documentation for better efficiency and consistency. What We're Looking For: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Proficient in Excel, with a good understanding of functions, pivot tables, and charts. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills—you can explain data in a way that makes sense to everyone. Team player who enjoys collaborating and learning in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
