Data Analyst & POS Support Executive

Role Overview

This hybrid role is responsible for:

1. Data Analytics

   – turning raw operational data into actionable insights for sales, staffing, and inventory.

2. POS System Support

   – ensuring smooth functioning of our POS systems across all outlets, troubleshooting issues, and training staff.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and customer data from POS systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on store performance, online orders, and key KPIs.
• Support decision-making by identifying sales trends, upselling opportunities, and cost inefficiencies.
• Automate reporting dashboards for real-time visibility.

POS Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for all POS-related issues in stores.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with the POS vendor for resolution.
• Train store staff on POS usage, updates, and best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and system uptime across multiple outlets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.

• Mandatory:

  Experience in the

  QSR industry

  or multi-store retail operations.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and POS support.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to explain data insights in simple terms to operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to support teams across multiple cities.
