About the Role:

As a Data Analyst at NxtWave, you will play a central role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions. You’ll own end-to-end analytics processes—from data extraction and modeling to visualization—while aligning closely with EdTech metrics and user behavior.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Translate business problems into structured data analysis tasks and deliver actionable recommendations. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engagement, and Ops) to understand needs and deliver insights.

● Design, build, and maintain dashboards for tracking critical KPIs.

● Document analytics best practices, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure standardization. ● Support forecasting models or ML-based prioritization efforts where relevant.

● Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data deliveries.
