We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Process Improvements and

Technology team. This role will be pivotal in driving our data visualization initiatives, leveraging tools like Sigma Computing, to empower stakeholders with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful dashboards.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing, Excel or other BI Tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather dashboard requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensuring data accuracy and reliability in dashboard outputs through rigorous testing and validation.
• Optimizing dashboard performance and usability by fine-tuning queries and data visualization techniques.
• Implementing best practices for data visualization and dashboard design to enhance user experience and data comprehension.
• Providing technical support and training to end-users on dashboard usage and functionalities.

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Sigma Computing, Tableau, or Power BI with a strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard development skills.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience in SQL and data manipulation languages for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicating insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to de/tail in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for data integration and storage.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard optimization techniques.
• Certifications in Sigma Computing, Tableau, or Power BI.
