Data Analyst – Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

1) Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.

2) Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and data structures for efficient analysis and reporting.

3) Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

4) Write efficient SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

6) Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.

7) Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

8) Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and analytical methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, with proven experience applying them to real-world problems.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Excel.

Solid grasp of statistical analysis, data cleaning, and data preprocessing techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA, based on experience and skill set12.
