Operational Specialist

You will be working at Marketplace Company to contribute towards building India's most reliable green mobility backbone. This role involves managing various aspects of logistics operations and onboarding processes. Your main focus will be on dispatch & control tower operations, onboarding operations, driver onboarding & engagement, as well as driver and rider migration from feeder states. - Manage dispatch & control tower operations effectively - Oversee onboarding operations for new drivers and riders - Implement strategies to engage and retain drivers effectively - Coordinate driver and rider migration processes from feeder states - Proven experience in logistics and operations management - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of the transportation industry and onboarding processes is preferred At Marketplace Company, we offer a stable scale-up environment with high execution ownership.
